Ericsson acquires Nortel’s wireless units

Ericsson has won its bid to acquire Nortel’s wireless business for $1.13bn (£690m).
The Swedish telecoms giant has acquired Nortel’s CDMA and Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology portfolios.
