70% of Aneks acquired by Telekom Slovenije

October 4, 2015

Telekom Slovenije has spent 3.33million Euros in order to acquire a seventy percent share in Aneks.

Aneks was founded in 1992, and specialised in developing IP telephony solutions and computer networks. In 2006 the company moved into fixed telephone services which now account for the bulk of it’s income.

As part of this acquisition Telekom Slovenije has acquired the rights to provide fixed telephone services in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This announcement follows Telekom Slovenije’s acquisition of ISP Blic.net . As part of the agreement with Aneks, the owner of the remaining thirty percent of Aneks will also now own thirty percent of Blic.net.

The companies intend to merge by January of next year, with Telekom Slovenije retaining it’s seventy percent of the new company.
