India-based IMImobile won the Gold award this week at the Mobile Search Awards 2016 for the ‘Best Entertainment or Information Service’.
Industry experts voted IMImobile’s USG platform, UnlSpace, as the clear winner.
UnlSpace allows mobile phone users to access social networking sites, allowing them to create and exchange content whilst on the go.
Users of the UnlSpace platform can easily upload and share music, audio, video, pictures and text content to social networking sites.
IMImobile’s Chairman, Founder and CEO Vishwanath Alluri said he was ‘delighted’ for his company to win the award, adding that his company aims to provide ‘innovative services’ that function as ‘real cash generators’ for its customers.
IMImobile offers value added services to mobile operators, content providers and media agencies around the world.
Services provided by the company include interactive portals, community and user generated content applications, caller ring back, and video streaming.
It is the first and only Indian company to win at the Mobile Search Awards, a programme set up by UK-based Visiongain to recognise the world’s best mobile telecoms companies.
