Hospitals
Tim has been campaigning nationally and locally for better health services across South Suffolk and against major service cuts in Sudbury since he first became MP.

Pylons
Tim is very familiar with all the countryside and communities affected by each of the options set out by National Grid and does not consider any of their proposals to be acceptable.

Planning
Members of Parliament do not have any direct control over planning matters in their constituencies, however Tim takes a keen interest in all development plans for South Suffolk and often holds strong views on local planning issues.

Aircraft Noise
Changes to flight paths at Stansted Airport have led to a significant increase in aircraft noise, especially for previously tranquil rural areas.

Environment
Tim campaigns at both local and national levels for a responsible and forward-thinking approach to the environmental challenges that will dominate the political agenda in the next decade.

Education
Tim takes a particular interest in education.

Post Offices
Tim has been campaigning against the closure of rural Post Offices.
