Telent acquires Premises Networks Management

Telent, a UK provider of network and communications services, has acquired telecom services provider, Premises Networks Management Plc, in order to strengthen its presence in the telecommunications sector.

The acquisition will also allow Telent to better serve medium to large enterprises.

Premises Networks specialises in hosted, ICT and VoIP solutions, and unified communications and mobility, from design and supply right through to ongoing technical support and management services.

It is one of only three accredited Aastra Advanced Sales and Service Business Partners in the UK, and also has accreditations with Mitel, Microsoft and AvsT.

Telent expects the combination of its own established business and financial scale with Premises Networks’ experience and skills to create a unique position in the telecommunications market, to the benefit of both companies.
