Gradwell has announced plans to add Fonality’s opensource telephony platform tribox to its portfolio of Internet services.

The business-to-business ISP said customers who opt for the tribox system will be provided with complete phone mobility, anywhere management, and automatic software updates.

Gradwell also plans to offer Fonality’s HUD employee presence and communication management application, enabling call centres and other businesses with high call volumes to access important information such as the status of individual calls, and number of queued calls.

Peter Gradwell, managing director of Gradwell, said his company’s staff have been fully trained on Fonality’s systems.

“We have developed a comprehensive UK support system, ensuring smooth and efficient installation and excellent customer care,” Gradwell said.

“As with all Gradwell’s existing products, trixbox Pro and HUD will deliver reliable solutions which have real business benefits and are tailored to meet individual needs.”

A Fonality spokesperson said the company is “delighted” at the partnership with Gradwell.
