FTTH (Fiber to the Home), will soon become a distant memory and be changed to FTEH (Fiber to Every Home), with FTTO (Fiber to the Office) making the transition to FTEO (Fiber to Every Office).

This comes as Aspen Optics announces that development in international markets, utilizing FTEH, is a key priority.

The worldwide trend to develop infrastructure around the Fiber to Every Home statement becomes ever more apparent, with the like of Singapore and Australia actually funding the construction of fiber network and infrastructure upgrades.

Other countries joining in the fray include Vienna, who had already planned for Fiber to Every Home since 2005.

Staying on European soil, France already has millions of households possessing a fiber connection.

The demand of high speed broadband will continue to increase, with world wide users requiring a high speed service.

Users are relying more and more on the power of the internet to interact with friends and family, as well as using powerful applications.

FTTH penetration is most apparent in Aspen Optics’ habitat, Korea, Japan and Hong Kong, ranking as the top 3 economies in the world.
